CIDEM QUALIFICATION OF COMPETENT COMPANY

Shitauke Corp. was homologated by the Centre d'Informació i Desenvolupament Empresarial (CIDEM), belonging to the Departament d´industria y Energia of the Generalitat de Catalunya, after the aforesaid organism had "confirmed the quality of the studies carried out by Shitauke Corp. "

Such homologation took place on February 28, 1.992, within the ACCIÓ 92 program of the Aid Plan for the Company Diagnosis.

Through that plan, the CIDEM chose companies in which studies were carried out according to a series of mechanisms of that organism. The homologated companies obliged ourselves, besides, to spread the program in question, but without using the institutional anagrams or logotypes, nor those of the CIDEM or the Generalitat, in our advertising actions. In order to accept the economic advantages of subventions that the plan proposed, it was preceptive to fulfill a series of technical requisites that our company amply surpassed in the 100% of the interventions accomplished.
